We are pleased to have this opportunity to invite you to participate, as an exhibitor, in our upcoming conference Intersections, Forks and Turn Lanes: Navigating the Roads of Disability Services; April 16-17, 2015; Springfield, MO. The line-up for this conference, which will feature many nationally known speakers, includes a tract for professionals and another for families; and, with an expected attendance of approximately 300 people, we feel confident that you and/or your agency will benefit tremendously from the exposure an event like this one will offer.
Intersections, Forks and Turn Lanes has been widely marketed throughout the region to agencies, professionals, families and individuals that specialize in, or are impacted by one or more developmental disability. This includes mental health and healthcare professionals, disability professionals, occupational therapists, social workers, educators, case workers, community support workers, administrators, volunteers, students, disability specialists, disability advocates and organizations, parents, siblings, and other caregivers. We believe your agency’s product(s) or material would be a tremendous supplement to the wealth of information that this conference promises.
The exhibitor hall will be open daily beginning at 7:30 a.m. with opportunities for attendees to peruse offerings built into the daily schedule. A limited number of booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and early registration is encouraged. Please take a moment to review the exhibitor information and registration form. Online registration is encouraged, but registrations can also be mailed with full payment to Burrell Behavioral Health, Education and Training Department, 1300 Bradford Parkway, Springfield, MO 65804. A receipt and confirmation will follow along with additional information as the conference draws near.

Exhibitors not set up by the deadline will forfeit their booth space with no refund, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Booth MUST be manned during ALL open exhibit hours. Any children accompanying exhibitors must remain with parents at all times; additional fees will be incurred for children receiving lunch throughout the conference.
The Colorado room reserved for Exhibitions will be locked during off hours/evenings. It is at the discretion of the exhibitor whether or not to leave merchandise and/or materials on display during off hours; however, no cash, credit card information, expensive equipment or other valuables should be left unattended at any time. An Exhibitor badge must be worn at all times and no one will be admitted to the exhibit area during off hours without conference personnel or hotel security. Conference hosts assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods or materials.
Booths must be torn down by the deadline without exception (teardown period is Friday, April 17; 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Exhibitors are required to clean up their booth space including empty boxes; additional fees will be imposed if extra clean-up is required.
Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis; should spots fill up, potential exhibitors will be placed on a waiting list in the order the registration was received. Conference staff reserve the right to deny any application if it is determined that the product/service is inconsistent with the principles and/or objectives of the respective conference.
In instances where shipping items to the exhibition hall is necessary, exhibitors are required to pay all related shipping and handling costs. Items should be shipped to University Plaza Hotel; Attn: Heather/Burrell Conference Event; 333 John Q. Hammons Parkway; Springfield, MO 65806. Items may be set for delivery no sooner than 48 hours prior to Thursday check-in.
Prizes and drawings are allowed and encouraged. Exhibitors must make arrangements to announce/post prize winners at their individual booths by 3:00 p.m. at the close of each conference day.
Reservations: Booth spaces are reserved only after the application is reviewed and payment in full is received and deposited. Any application received after the registration deadline will be considered dependent upon availability.

Cancellations:Cancellations made in writing before March 15 will receive a full refund. A 50%
policy: refund of booth rental and other fees will be provided for cancellations made between March 15 and April 1. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 1.

A block of rooms are on reserve at a discounted rate ($89 for a standard room) to those who call early for reservations. Please notify the hotel that you are with the MHCC when making your reservation. Please call early for reservations as rooms sell out quickly.
