The Advisory Board for the 23rd Annual Mental Health in Corrections Conference (MHCC) cordially invites you to exhibit at this year’s conference “The Whole Person Approach to Mental Health in Corrections” to be held in Springfield, MO on April 9-11, 2015.
The MHCC is presented by Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, Missouri along with an Advisory Board consisting of members throughout the U.S. and Canada. Average attendance is approximately 200 participants including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, administrators, medical doctors, lawyers, mental health practitioners, substance abuse treatment professionals, registered nurses, counselors, chaplains and numerous others who have involvement and interest in corrections.
Exhibiting agencies are provided with one complimentary conference registration and up to two additional discounted registrations. General booth set-up includes (1) 6’x30 inch skirted table, (2) chairs and (1) wastebasket. Electricity is extra and requires advance notice.

Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis; should spots fill up, potential exhibitors will be placed on a waiting list in the order the registration was received. Conference staff reserve the right to deny any application if it is determined that the product/service is inconsistent with the principles and/or objectives of the respective conference.
Exhibitors not set up by the deadline will forfeit their booth space with no refund, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Booth MUST be manned by appropriate personnel during ALL open exhibit hours.
The Colorado Room, reserved for Exhibitions, will be locked during off hours/evenings. It is at the discretion of the exhibitor whether or not to leave merchandise and/or materials on display during off hours; however, no cash, credit card information, expensive equipment or other valuables should be left unattended at any time. The venue does not have a locked storage facility for Exhibitor use.
Booths must be torn down by the deadline without exception (teardown time is Saturday, April 11, 2015; 2:00 p.m.) Exhibitors are required to clean up their booth space including empty boxes; additional fees will be imposed if extra clean-up is required.
In instances where shipping items to the exhibition hall is necessary, exhibitors are required to pay all related shipping and handling costs. Items should be shipped to University Plaza Hotel; Attn: Heather/Burrell MHCC Conference; 333 John Q. Hammons Parkway; Springfield, MO 65806. Items may be set for delivery no sooner than 48 hours prior to Thursday check-in.
The official host hotel for the 2015 MHCC Conference is The University Plaza Hotel; 417/864-7333; www.upspringfield.com/home.aspx. A block of rooms are on reserve at a discounted rate ($89 for a standard room) to those who call early for reservations. Please notify the hotel that you are with the MHCC when making your reservation. Please call early for reservations as rooms sell out quickly.
