After all of the evaluations are completed, the Diagnostic Team meets to discuss the findings and to determine the diagnosis. The Team also discusses recommendations for treatment for the individual. The Psychologist summarizes the Team’s diagnostic impressions and recommendations into a Multidisciplinary Evaluation Report.

The Psychologist meets with the parents to discuss the child’s diagnosis and the Team’s recommendations for treatment. The Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist meet with the parents to discuss specific treatment recommendations from their respective reports. The family is provided with information about treatment options and the team members assist the parents in setting up appropriate services for their child.
