Located five miles south of Ozark, Missouri, on a rugged 65 acres, the Outdoor Challenge Program utilizes an adventure-based low and high ropes course chosen specifically to suit the needs of the group involved. Group members support and encourage each other, as well as learn to work together on these challenging activities under the guidance of trained group facilitators. Some elements focus on taking personal risks, some are designed to develop problem solving skills or communication skills and some teach interpersonal trust and responsibility. All this while having fun!
Outdoor Challenge is a useful tool for any business to develop leadership and well functioning work teams. The program is an effective way to build teamwork and trust between co-workers and improve the group’s problem solving skills. An individual can set and accomplish goals that will carry over to both their personal and professional lives. Outdoor challenge can also benefit church youth groups, civic clubs, athletic teams, adolescents, women or any group who can grow from the enhancement of their own potential and the realization that they can meet any challenge that faces them.
