We provide our remote team with a laptop, computer monitor, headset, and a mouse.

You will provide therapy services on Microsoft Teams for video calls and on Webex for audio-only calls. You will have support staff who will schedule these services for you and provide the link for the call.

Being part of a team is still important for a remote workforce. We believe in this so much, we specifically chose a leader for this team who also is remote. So, she understands the nuance of remote work. Your team support also includes:

  • A shadowing program
  • Active team chats on Microsoft Teams
  • Meetings with your support staff to build relationships with those who are helping you
  • Weekly check-ins with your leader when you're new to the team, eventually moving to monthly check-ins with your leader
  • Quarterly team meetings

For this role, we need you to be licensed in Missouri. If you're not licensed in Missouri, you can apply here:

What Our Team is Saying

“I began my virtual work journey in November 2021. Fastforward to now, I absolutely LOVE IT! Being able work from home has allowed me to finally achieve a work-life balance that works for me. The clients that I work with report appreciating being able to do their sessions from home, a BBH telehealth office, or wherever, so long as they are in a private and safe environment to be vulnerable and do the work. The clients that I work with, and I are so grateful to be able to have this opportunity!” - Ali Fox, MED, LPC

“Providing virtual therapy has been great in several aspects. Clients are able to access care that they normally would not due to work scheduled, or lack of transportation. They have found it convenient to be able to jump on zoom and connect. Many have expressed feeling thankful! As a therapist it feels fulfilling, it is flexible, and less stressful since I am able to do sessions virtually." - Kristal Stone, LMF
