Adult Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Adult Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPR) services focus on the complex needs of individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses. We provide specialized services to address mental health needs like poverty, connections to local treatment providers, and resources to stabilize the individual.
Homeless Services
Homeless services supports the delivery of outreach and services to individuals with serious mental illnesses and those with co-occurring substance use disorders who are experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness.
Individual Placement Support Employment Program (IPS)
IPS is a time unlimited individualized support that utilizes a team approach. Our staff work alongside mental health treatment, vocational rehabilitation and community based employers to assist people with finding competitive employment as a way to enhance recovery.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
This program is for adults enrolled in CPR who require structured social activities and community connectedness to maintain their mental and emotional wellbeing.
Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders
This integrated program serves those with a severe and persistent mental illness as well as a co-occuring substance use disorder.
Case Management for Residential Care Facilities
Community Support Specialists assist clients in accessing transportation, employment, therapy, medical treatment, substance use disorder treatment/support, etc., and coordinate necessary assistance from Department of Mental Health-Supported Community Living.
Healthcare Home
Using a team approach, Burrell staff, clients, families and primary-care providers coordinate comprehensive primary physical care to Medicaid patients with behavioral health and/or chronic physical health conditions in a way that recognizes all of their needs as persons, not just clients.
