The T.I.P.S. (Thoughts, Improvements, Problems, Solutions) Feedback Form process is a tool designed to enable persons served, family members, employees, and other stakeholders to seek resolutions to complaints, request changes to the provision of services, submit suggestions for improvement of BBH and its services, or submit a formal grievance and receive a timely, written response. There will be no retaliation for using this process. You will receive a written response within 10 business days of submitting this form. By completing this T.I.P.S.
