Integrated Clinic

When we are integrated our clients benefit.

Our current Integrated Clinic is a partnership location between Burrell Behavioral Health and Jordan Valley Community Health Center where we focus on true comprehensive care for each client. Clients have the ability to become established with a Jordan Valley primary care provider while receiving an assessment and targeted treatment with a Behavioral Health Consultant in a single location.

The Integrated Clinic has also partnered with other area health providers, such as CoxHealth, to increase access to care for individuals post-discharge from the ER and inpatient hospitalizations. Primary medical care is provided through Jordan Valley Community Health Center. A dietician is located within the clinic for consultation on nutritional needs. Targeted mental health and behavioral health services happen with a Burrell Behavioral Health Consultant. We offer a range of services from brief treatment for depression and anxiety as well as lifestyle modifications such as management of diabetes, weight management programs, smoking cessation, and improving sleep.

Our Mission

Burrell is developing integrated clinics with the intent of connecting health care professionals. We are seeking ways to meet clients physical and behavioral health needs in one location. When we are more connected and integrated we can provide better individualized healthcare, promote wellness and recovery, and prevent chronic illness in more effective ways.
